James Douglas

James Douglas has work experience as a Development Scientist at Oxford Nanopore Technologies since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Master's Research Project at the University of Nottingham from July 2020 to June 2021. In 2016, they also gained experience in Cancer Research at University College London.

James Douglas attended Queen Elizabeth's High School in Gainsborough from 2010 to 2017. During this time, they did not obtain any degrees or specialize in any field of study. Following their high school education, James pursued higher education at the University of Nottingham from 2017 to 2021. James earned an MSci degree in Biochemistry, specializing in Life Sciences. In addition to their formal education, James obtained two certifications: "Introduction to Genomic Technologies" and "Python For Genomic Data Science," both from John Hopkins University in January 2022.
