Sharon Frost

Sharon Frost is a seasoned HR professional with extensive global experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global HR Director at Oxford PharmaGenesis since September 2019, Sharon leads the Global HR function, focusing on areas such as Talent Acquisition, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, and People & Culture support across multiple regions. Prior roles include interim HR Director at Gateway Education, HR Director at Adare International, and Human Resources Director (Group/Europe) at Cognita, where Sharon oversaw complex HR management and compliance. Earlier career milestones include leadership positions at The Entertainment Network and Sainsbury's, beginning as a Regional Training Officer. Sharon holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and a BA (Hons.) in Business Administration from the University of Derby.
