Gabriel MacHado

Gabriel Machado has a robust background in organizational management and professional education, currently serving as a consultant at EDUTEC Consultores and Mott MacDonald since March 2018. Gabriel has held the position of general managing partner at EDUTEC Consultores and is actively involved as a facilitator in the JOBA project, which focuses on skills for employment. Additionally, since August 2015, Gabriel has been the portfolio manager for business development at Oxford Policy Management and previously served as a director at UTRESP from 2007 to 2010. Gabriel holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Systems from Universidade Eduardo Mondlane, completed from 1984 to 1988.
