Jessica Carroll

Jessica Carroll is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and counseling. Currently serving as a Family Services Counselor at Evergreen Cemetery, Funeral Home and Crematory since December 2016, Jessica assists families with funeral planning and memorialization. Concurrently, as a Teacher Trainer at Oxford Seminars, Jessica delivers intensive TESOL/TEFL certification courses. Jessica has held multiple instructional roles at the University of North Florida and served as an English Language Fellow in Brunei under the U.S. Department of State. Previous experiences include ESL teaching in Japan, volunteer proofreading, and overseeing operations at Destination Planning Corporation. Jessica holds a MAPL in Applied Linguistics and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Art History and English from the University of North Florida, along with TESL certification.
