Lory-Ann Granada has held several positions in the past decade. In 2011, they began working as a Crew Member for McDonald's Corporation. In 2012, they moved to Sterling Global Call Center Inc as a Sales Representative on the Sun Cellular Account. In 2013, they began working as a Medical Bill Specialist for Revupo!nt, a pioneer of Medical Bill Review vertical under KPO in the Philippines. Lory-Ann Granada obtained their Associate in Computer Technology degree in Information Technology from ICCT Phillipines Jobs in 2012. Lory-Ann also obtained a certification in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in May 2020.
