Marion Joy Devanadera has a long and varied work experience. Marion Joy began their career in 2009 as a Reservations Sales Agent at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®). In this role, they were responsible for booking guests, providing loyalty memberships, and helping guests choose the room that best suited their needs. In 2015, they took on the role of Executive Assistant at The Leadership Network, where they were responsible for appointment setting, calling clients, writing the minutes of meetings, coordinating with new clients and employees, creating presentations, and conducting web research. That same year, they also worked as an English Language Teacher at 51Talk, where they helped foreign students understand and speak English more efficiently. In 2016, they took on two roles at Exercises For Injuries, as Social Media Manager and Social Media Marketing Manager. Marion Joy also worked as a Sales Account Manager at Waterfront Manila Pavilion Hotel that same year.
Marion Joy Devanadera graduated from Centro Escolar University-Makati in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management, majoring in Hotel/Airline/Tourism.
