Mike Welborn

Mike Welborn is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in sales and account management within the robotics and automation industry. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Oxipital AI since March 2024, Mike's previous roles include Key Account Executive at Vecna Robotics and Director of Sales for North America and the Midwest at Soft Robotics Inc. Prior experience includes positions at Omron Automation - Americas as a Robotic Sales Specialist and Account Manager, as well as sales roles at Cornerstone Controls and Youngblood Automation. Mike began a career in engineering as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at JR Automation. Educationally, Mike holds a degree in Mechanical Design from Grand Valley State University.
