Tom Lombardo

Tom Lombardo has worked in the field of enterprise solutions and technical support for the past 10 years. In 2021, they began working as the Enterprise Solutions Lead and Clinical Integration Engineer for OXOS Medical. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2021, they were a Technical Support Engineer for Carestream Dental, where they were responsible for optimization and efficiency of the technical support and service of dental imaging equipment throughout the United States and Canada. Tom also performed failure analysis, process performance reporting, analyzed data systems, created and delivered technical training and documentation, and interpreted corporate vision and led improvement projects which followed quality and customer service standards. Before that, from 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Project Manager for Monin.

Tom Lombardo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2011. Tom also holds a Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt certification from Carestream, which they obtained in February 2015.
