Melanie Azoulai currently serves as the Head of Customer Support/VIP at OxTech, managing the Support and VIP teams remotely since April 2020, while also overseeing financial targets and player experiences. Prior to this role, Melanie held similar leadership positions at T.Z Boss, where responsibilities included establishing the Customer Support and VIP department and enhancing operational excellence, and at Grasswood, providing training for a new support and sales team. Previous experience includes management roles at Triton Online Services and the Crowne Plaza Israel, as well as various positions in customer service and marketing within the hospitality and retail sectors. Melanie holds a DUT in Finance and Accounting from IUT de Sceaux and a degree from ISC Paris.
