Paul Hawkins is an accomplished professional in information management and software development, currently serving as the Director of Information Management at Oxular since August 2021. With extensive experience at Panmure Gordon & Co from January 2002 to September 2021, Paul held key positions including Head of Development and Senior Programming Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed analysis and development across Trading, Back Office, Middle Office, Research, and Corporate sectors, along with the design and implementation of MiFID II technical architecture for Research.
