Andres Treviño's work experience begins in 2013 when they interned at Emerson. After that, they joined the company Femsa in 2014, where they held various roles, including HR Coordinator for OXXO CEDIS and Category Analyst for Cadena Comercial de Farmacias. Andres then became a Project Leader for HR SuccessFactors, responsible for configuration and deployment for over 130,000 employees, and later assumed the role of HR Shared Services - Head of Case Management and Self Service at FEMC. In 2021, they moved to OXXO as Head of HR Analytics, responsible for designing indicators, analytics tools, and use cases for the Human Resources platform. Andres also acted as a Data Translator between the HR platform and IT/External Providers. In 2022, they took on an international experience role for OXXO Chile, leading a project to unify a acquired chain to the local HR administration platform.
Andres Treviño attended Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2010 to 2015. During this time, they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering. In May 2022, Andres obtained a certification in "Building a Product from Scratch" from LinkedIn.
