Anibal Meraz

Anibal Meraz is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at OXXO since July 2023. Previously, Anibal held the position of Head of People Center of Excellence at Solistica, where responsibilities included providing HR support across seven countries, defining policy frameworks, digitalizing HR functions, and enhancing employee experience. Anibal's prior roles at CEMEX spanned over 13 years, including HR Business Partner and various logistics and transportation positions, where work focused on talent management, organizational structure design, employee engagement, and process optimization. Anibal holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Universidad de Monterrey and several diplomas in human resources and business management.
