Angelique B. is an accomplished wellness specialist, yoga teacher, and director with extensive experience in holistic health and wellness. Currently teaching at Oxygen Yoga & Fitness since April 2023, Angelique has also held the role of director at The Angel Frequency since 1998, focusing on higher consciousness development and energy healing. As the owner of Angel Eco Design since 2016, Angelique specializes in eco-friendly landscape and interior design. Additionally, Angelique has a diverse background in music as a singer, songwriter, and DJ, having worked in the industry from 1986 to 2020. Other notable positions include teaching at Inner Power Yoga and serving as managing editor for FitEDM. A certified Ashtanga Yoga instructor from ATY Yoga School, Angelique continues to promote well-being and sustainable living through various platforms and practices.
