Riz Isap

Riz Isap is an experienced business leader with a strong background in market development and strategic innovation, currently serving as the Head of Business Development (PFAS) at Oxyle since May 2023. Previously, Riz held the position of Head of Market Development & Innovation for the Water & Energy segment at Omya from January 2017 to May 2023, where responsibilities included developing and implementing commercial strategies across EEMEA and Russia, while also ensuring top performance among teams. Prior experience includes roles at Dow Chemical as an R&D Applications & Marketing Specialist focusing on energy and water solutions, and as an Eastern Hemisphere Microbiologist at Baker Hughes. Riz holds a degree in Molecular Medical Microbiology from The University of Sheffield and a certification in Strategic Marketing from Cornell University.
