Priya Paliwal

Priya Paliwal has extensive experience in customer experience and operations, currently serving as the VP Head of CX and Operations for OYO in India, after holding positions as AVP of Customer Experience and AVP of Product-Customer Experience. Previously, Priya was the Category Head for Beauty & Grooming, Fashion Accessories, and Toys at ShopClues, along with experience as a Business Manager at Mahindra & Mahindra. Early career experience includes a summer internship at Asian Paints and a role as a Systems Engineer at Infosys. Priya holds an MBA in Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi and a degree from GCET Technical University.
