John Lazarczyk

John Lazarczyk has extensive work experience in finance and treasury roles. John is currently working as the Associate Director of Finance at Oyster Point Pharma, where they serve as a finance business partner for various departments and is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Prior to this, John worked at Quest Diagnostics, where they held positions such as Senior Manager, Finance Center of Influence, and Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis. In these roles, they managed analysts, provided strategic planning and support for new business launches, and performed financial analysis using various software tools. Before joining Quest Diagnostics, John worked at Alcatel-Lucent as a Manager, Treasury, and at PNC as Vice President.

John Lazarczyk earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, Accounting, and Computer Science from Rutgers University in 1989. John then went on to pursue an MBA in Finance at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, completing it in 2006.
