Bianca Burke

Bianca Burke is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people services and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of People Services at Oyster® since March 2022, Bianca has previously held leadership roles including Director of People Services at Wise and Head of People Ops for Asia Pacific at Cannii. With a foundational career at BASF, where Bianca advanced through several HR positions, and prior roles at Coles Group and EMA Consulting, a diverse skill set in employee relations and capability management has been developed. Bianca holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Monash University, awarded in 2005.
