Marcin Nowicki

Marcin Nowicki is a highly experienced software engineer with a diverse background in back-end development, team leadership, and system architecture. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer II at Oyster® since April 2022, Marcin has contributed to achieving a stable continuous integration (CI) process and has previously played pivotal roles in CI vendor transitions and engineering process improvements. With substantial experience at Toptal from March 2016 to February 2022, Marcin held various leadership positions while overseeing complex projects, including multi-tenancy support and team development. Other notable roles include Senior Back-End Engineer at Distribusion Technologies and multiple positions as a Technical Team Lead and Ruby on Rails Developer at various companies.
