Milly Parker

Milly Parker is an experienced professional in people operations and management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of People, Programs and Operations at Oyster® since October 2021. Previously, Milly held various roles in people operations at Lingumi and worked as a Talent Manager and Scout at WorksHub, a technology-driven recruitment company. Prior to this, Milly was self-employed as a tutor and gained production management experience at the Edinburgh Fringe, alongside involvement in stage management with Cambridge University amateur drama organizations. Milly holds a degree in Human, Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge and has a strong background in education, having worked as a data processing technician and playworker.
