Tii Ricks is a seasoned sales and business development professional with extensive experience in global employment, behavioral data analytics, social media management, and media production. Currently serving as the Senior Sales & Global BDR Enablement Manager at Oyster® since April 2022, Tii previously held positions as SDR Manager at Snowplow and Oktopost, where skills in team leadership and strategic marketing were honed. Tii also founded Illusion Pictures Limited, a media production company with a diverse B2B client portfolio, and has directed feature films and documentaries.
