Robyn Cooper

Robyn Cooper is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in organizational change management and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Vice President of Global Human Resources at OZ, Robyn has previously held senior positions at congruentX as Senior Manager of Operations and AXIA Consulting as Manager of Organizational Change Management. Additional experience includes roles as Vice President of Human Resources at Family First Homecare and Senior Director of Human Resources at Ultimate Medical Academy. Robyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida, earned between 1995 and 1998.
