Tim Osredker

Tim Osredker is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Ozark Bank since July 2012, Tim oversees all aspects of the Human Resources function. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of VP - HR Director at Citizens National Bank of Springfield from June 2006 to December 2010 and at Ozark Bank from August 2001 to May 2006. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Missouri State University, completed between 1980 and 1984.
