Erica Boughfman

Erica Boughfman is Vice President of Children's Services at Ozark Guidance and Vice President of Clinical Services in the NW Region at Arisa Health. Previously, Erica served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Arkansas. Erica holds a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, all from the University of Arkansas.
