Lacey Carter

Lacey Carter is the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Nursing Officer at Ozarks Healthcare with a background in Obstetrics and Women's Services. Previously, Lacey worked as a Nursing Manager at ST ANTHONY NORTH HEALTH CAMPUS, overseeing Birthing Place, Obstetric, Postpartum, Level 2 NICU, and GYN care. Lacey holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Missouri State University.
