J'Neal McCoy currently serves as the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services at Ozarks Technical Community College, a position held since August 2010, where J'Neal also fulfills roles as College Director of Procurement and Secretary to the Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services. Prior to this, J'Neal gained experience in marketing at Simon Property Group from 2005 to 2010 and at Hardees of Southwest Missouri from 2002 to 2005. J'Neal holds a Master of Science in Administrative Studies from Missouri State University, earned between 2012 and 2014, and possesses a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Missouri State University. Additional education includes a degree in Marketing, Advertising, and Promotions from Shelton State Community College and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Ozarks Technical Community College.
