Graham Mathews possesses extensive experience in internal audit and governance roles within various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager (Audit and Evaluation) at Ozcare since August 2017, Graham leads the internal audit function to ensure regulatory compliance and ISO 9001 certification. Active in professional organizations, Graham holds multiple positions with the Institute of Internal Auditors - Australia, including Chair of the Queensland Chapter and a member of the National Professional Responsibility and Ethics Committee. As Independent Chair of the Audit and Business Improvement Committee for Rockhampton Regional Council and with previous roles such as Manager Internal Audit at the Electoral Commission Queensland and various independent member positions across councils, Graham demonstrates a strong commitment to enhancing audit processes and organizational effectiveness. Educational qualifications include degrees in Management and Technology from Queensland University of Technology and Applied Photography from the Queensland College of Art.
