Liz Abdilla

Liz Abdilla is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, with extensive experience in recruiting for various sectors including security, finance, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at OzChild since December 2021, Liz previously held similar roles at Talentpath Recruitment, where responsibilities included leading volume recruitment campaigns and managing end-to-end recruitment processes for organizations such as the Department of Defence and Victoria Police. Liz's earlier experiences include recruitment management at the Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency and a role as Human Resources Manager at D'Angelo Engineering Inc., where significant contributions were made to training and OHS compliance.
