Silviya Milusheva-Zheleva

Silviya Milusheva-Zheleva has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Silviya is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Ozone.bg since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager at Acibadem City Clinic from August 2019 to September 2021. Silviya also held the position of HR Manager at Orbico Bulgaria from March 2011 to February 2019, and as a Senior Human Resources Specialist from May 2009 to September 2011. In addition, they worked as a Human Resources Team Member at Orbico Group from October 2009 to July 2014. Before that, they were an HR Specialist at Kaven Orbico Ltd from May 2007 to May 2009, where they were responsible for the recruitment process and updating employment records. Silviya initially started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Kaven Orbico, where they assisted in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.

Silviya Milusheva-Zheleva holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. In 2007, they pursued further education and attained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of National and World Economy, completing their studies in 2009.

Apart from their formal education, Silviya Milusheva-Zheleva has also acquired various certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2013, they obtained the Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) certification from the Center For Credentialing & Education. In 2017, they achieved the IELTS certification from the British Council IELTS. In 2019, they completed the CIPD Developing skills for business leadership (7SBL) course from International Human Resources - IHR. Most recently, in 2020, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from 6SIGMAstudy - The global certification body for six sigma certifications.
