Charles Pipkin has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design from The University of Georgia, which they obtained from 1973 to 1975. Charles also has an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Commercial and Advertising Art from Middle Georgia State University, which they obtained from 1971 to 1973. Additionally, they hold a Master of Science degree in Administration and Logistics Management from Georgia College & State University, which they obtained from 1994 to 1996. Later on, they completed a Graduate program in Air Command and Staff College at Air University in 2003. Charles Pipkin also has several certifications, including a Certified Acquisition Professional, Contracting Level III from Acquisition Personnel Development Program (APDP) in 2003, a Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) from the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) in 2000, and a Certified Associate Contract Manager (CACM) from the NCMA in 1999.
