Astrid Banner

Astrid Banner is an experienced shop manager with a strong background in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as Shop Manager at P.F. Candle Co. since March 2022, Astrid previously held similar managerial positions at Heyday from October 2019 to September 2021 and at Face Haus from March 2016 to August 2019. Earlier experience includes a guest services role at Bliss from February 2012 to 2014 and administrative support as Lead Front Desk and Admin Assistant at Relax Spa and Beauty Lounge from September 2010 to January 2012. Astrid began the career at Burke Williams Day Spas, Inc. as Manager on Duty from March 2005 to January 2009, overseeing daily spa operations alongside the spa director.
