Salman Farisi

Salman Farisi is an experienced laboratory and quality control professional with a strong background in microbiology and process control. Currently serving as a Laboratory Specialist at PT Heinz ABC Indonesia since July 2021, Salman previously held roles including QC Supervisor In line Process and Microbiologist at PT Perfect Companion Indonesia Manufacturing, and QC Supervisor at PT Perusahaan Industri Ceres. Salman's expertise encompasses the development of process control documentation, hazard analysis critical control points (HACCP), and the management of microbiology quality assurance. Furthermore, Salman led the microbiology team at PT Amerta Indah Otsuka, ensuring compliance with microbiology standards and regulations. A graduate of Universitas Jenderal Soedirman with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology, Salman's career reflects a commitment to continuous improvement and quality assurance in food safety and microbiological analysis.
