Josh Ostmeyer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Josh began their career in 2003 with Estes Valley Resorts, where they held roles as Sales Manager, HR Manager, and AR Manager, followed by positions as General Manager and Accounting Manager. In 2008, they became an Operations Manager at Rocky Mountain Resorts. Josh then transitioned to the Grand Heritage Hotel Group in 2009 as the Director of Human Resources for The Stanley Hotel. From 2010 to 2011, they served as the Director of Human Resources for The Inn at Perry Cabin at Belmond. Josh joined P2 Energy Solutions in 2012 as a Customer Support Consultant, eventually working their way up to Manager, Global Customer Support. Josh later became a Senior Customer Support Consultant and then a Senior QA Analyst. Currently, they are employed at P2 Energy Solutions as a Principal Business Analyst and QA Analyst. Throughout their tenure at P2 Energy Solutions, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing a team of consultants and consistently surpassing case management metric requirements. Josh also played a crucial role in maintaining and improving customer satisfaction, achieving the highest NPS scores for the Excalibur product.
