Alexander Medchenko

Alexander Medchenko has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and industries. Alexander is currently working as a Senior Atlassian Engineer at P2P Validator since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Lead Developer at VTB from October 2019 to March 2022. Alexander also worked at Luxoft as a Lead Developer, where they had responsibilities such as Groovy and Python scripting, troubleshooting JVM performance problems, and administration of Jira and Confluence for a large user base from December 2018 to October 2019. Before Luxoft, Alexander worked at Syssoft as a Development Team Lead, where they were involved in Groovy scripting, .NET software development, and the creation of various Atlassian software instances and third-party solutions. Alexander also worked on VMWare and Hyper-V cluster projects during their tenure at Syssoft. Prior to that, they served as the Deputy CIO at GlowByte Consulting and as the Chief Technical Advisor at Project Activities (Credit Collection Group / CN Techno).

Alexander Medchenko obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University "Sinergiya" from 2007 to 2012. Alexander then pursued a second Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from the same university from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, such as Java Advanced and Java Spring from LANIT in December 2021, DevOps Engineer from LANIT in December 2020, Atlassian Certified Confluence Administrator for Data Center and Server from Atlassian in December 2017, Atlassian Pro Skills Badge: Confluence Space Administration in June 2021, Atlassian Skills Badge: Confluence Content Management in September 2019, Atlassian Skills Badge: Email in Jira in July 2019, Atlassian Skills Badge: Is Your Jira Instance Secure? in September 2021, and Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator for Data Center and Server in December 2017.
