Christian Kienzle

Christian Kienzle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, supply chain management, and lean management. As a Partner at P3 since August 2018, Christian focuses on enhancing operational processes and industrialization. Prior roles include Senior Manager Supplier Development at Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG, where responsibilities encompassed various industries such as food, garment, and consumer goods, engaging in supply chain management and cost reduction initiatives. Previous experience also includes serving as a Senior Consultant at P3 Ingenieurgesellschaft, specializing in lean and quality management across multiple sectors, and a leadership role in the Bundeswehr, which provided foundational skills in management. Christian holds a Diplom Wirtschaftsingenieur from Rosenheim Technical University and has also studied industrial engineering at The University of Queensland.
