Timothy Wilson

SVP, Population Health Management at P3 Health Partners

Native Texan Timothy Wilson headed west to Las Vegas, equipped with more than 10 years of healthcare experience and a firm belief that early intervention is key to delivering quality care to every patient – no matter their age.

As the Senior Vice President of Population Health Management, Timothy leads the teams that help providers deliver the care our patients deserve. From claims operations to system configurations, provider service, vendor delegation oversight, and appeals, they drive efforts to ensure patients receive the correct care while maintaining affordability and driving down administrative costs.

Timothy brings an extensive background in claims and provider operations from his years as the Director of Claims Management at Children’s Health in Dallas/Ft. Worth – the country’s sixth largest pediatric non-profit hospital where he helped develop their health plan and in claims and operations roles at UnitedHealthcare (UHC) in Richardson, Texas.

He is a proud two-time graduate of The University of Texas at Arlington where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Image Management and a master’s degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies. Timothy earned his lean six sigma green belt certification from UHC and has a proven track record of analyzing and solving quality problems and strategically improving processes. His education fueled his passion for driving engagement and vibrant company cultures, which later attracted him to P3 Health Partners.

Timothy is a member of American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Prior to leaving Texas, he served on the ACHE of North Texas Diversity and Inclusion committee and was a Children’s Health Diversity and Inclusion, Cultural Competency Ambassador.

Now that he’s relocated to the bright lights of Las Vegas, he enjoys the city’s wide array of culinary delights. However, a Texan to the core, Timothy is always on the hunt for a great steak. Not only is he a connoisseur of food, but he is also a connoisseur of books and can always give a great recommendation or two, including The Four Agreements, by Don Miguel Ruiz.
