David Štros

David Stros is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in development finance and analysis. Currently serving as the Group Head of Development Finance and Analysis at P3 Logistic Parks since August 2016, David plays a key role in shaping investment strategies and underwriting investment opportunities. Previously, David held the position of Senior Development Analyst, where the focus was on evaluating and managing real estate projects. Earlier in the career, David worked as a Senior Consultant at KPMG Czech Republic, specializing in financial management services for the energy sector, and also gained experience as a web developer and IT consultant. David holds a Master's degree in Finance and Business Valuation and has passed CFA Level 1.
