Justin Davis

Justin Davis has a strong background in healthcare administration, with a focus on executive leadership roles. Justin most recently served as the Plan President and Chief Executive Officer at PA Health & Wellness. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Commonwealth Health Moses Taylor Hospital and Commonwealth Health Regional Hospital of Scranton. Justin also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Commonwealth Health Moses Taylor Hospital. Earlier in their career, Davis held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Wyoming Valley Healthcare System and Chief Executive Officer at Dallas Regional Medical Center and Bartow Regional Medical Center.

Justin Davis completed their high school education at Locust Valley High School from 1989 to 1993. Justin went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Binghamton University, attending from 1993 to 1997. Justin then pursued a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration at Cornell University, studying from 1997 to 1999.
