Mihai D Toma

Mihai D Toma is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience across various industries. As the CEO of Black Mountain Investment Company since December 2008, Mihai has transformed the firm into a national investment entity with a diversified portfolio. In addition, Mihai serves as President of PA (formerly Riggins Engineering Inc. & Pinnacle Mfg), and as a Board Member of Benita International, which supports underprivileged children and families in Romania. Mihai's entrepreneurial journey includes founding De Novo Construction, where Mihai developed profitable systems for luxury home building, and co-founding Century 21 Toma Partners, which thrived during challenging real estate markets. Mihai's diverse leadership roles also extend to WG Henschen, Grand Canyon Bank Proposed, and multiple other ventures in construction, software development, and property management. Mihai holds a Baccalaureate of Arts in Business Marketing from Arizona State University.
