Emilie Simard

Emilie Simard currently serves as Directrice clients et conseillère séniore at PAA Advisory | Conseils since July 2022. Previously, Emilie held roles such as Directrice des communications et engagement du public at Avocats sans frontières Canada from October 2020 to July 2022, and Directrice des communications in various Canadian governmental offices including the Cabinet of the Minister of Justice, the Cabinet of the Minister of Transport, and the Cabinet of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, among others, from 2016 to 2020. Emilie's early career includes positions as a press attaché and political advisor at the Assemblée nationale du Québec. Academic qualifications consist of a Master of Laws in international and transnational law from Université Laval, alongside degrees in law, political science, and humanities.
