Lucia Fedele

Lucia Fedele's work experience includes roles at various companies, starting with their current position as People Manager & HRBP at Paack since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a People Specialist (Tech) at the same company from February 2021 to October 2021.

Before joining Paack, Lucia worked as a Talent & Recruitment Specialist at Whisbi from September 2019 to January 2021, where they were responsible for the full recruiting lifecycle.

Lucia also has experience at Babel Profiles, where they worked as a Recruitment Team Leader from July 2017 to August 2019, and as a Recruitment Consultant from September 2015 to June 2017.

Furthermore, Lucia had short-term roles as an In-house Recruitment Consultant at ElTenedor in 2017 and at Smart Things and Friends in early 2017, both through their position at Babel Profiles.

In addition to their recruitment experience, they worked as a Phone Interpreter at ablio from May 2015 to September 2015, and as a Subber at Different Entertainment during the same period.

Lucia Fedele holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from EADA Business School, which they completed from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Escuela Abierta de Negocios from 2015 to 2016, where they obtained a Técnico en Selección de Personal - Recruiter degree in Human Resources Development. Lucia also studied at Università degli Studi Internazionali di Roma - UNINT from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Laurea Magistrale in Interpretazione e traduzione. Lucia'seducation journey began at Scuola Superiore di Lingue Moderne per Interpreti e Traduttori, Forlì (UNIBO) from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Laurea Triennale in Mediazione Linguistica Interculturale.
