Sergi Batlle Ginette has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sergi started their career as an Asesor energético at HolaLuz.com in 2014. In 2016, they worked as a Project Engineer at ADELTE - The Boarding Company. The following year, they served as a Procurement Intern at both World Vision and HELP Logistics. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Director Industrial at Instamaki. Later in 2017, they joined Paack as a Data Analyst and was eventually promoted to Senior Data Analyst in July 2022. Sergi's work experience showcases their versatility and expertise in fields such as engineering, procurement, and data analysis.

Sergi Batlle Ginette completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technologies Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, which they pursued from 2011 to 2015. During this time, they had the opportunity to conduct a Bachelor's thesis titled "Development of a multi-drilling pipe lift yoke" for MHWirth Norway at the University of South-Eastern Norway in 2015.
