Henrik Veenpere

Henrik Veenpere is an experienced IT Business Analyst and Development Adviser at the Estonian Rescue Board since August 2013, specializing in requirements analysis, development portfolios, process modeling, service architecture, and risk assessment. Prior experience includes leadership roles as Head of Operations at Regio (Reach-U) from November 2011 to May 2013, where responsibilities encompassed delivery team management and product strategy development, and as Program Technical Lead at M.C. Dean Europe from May 2005 to January 2012, leading international technical teams for NATO-related programs. Earlier roles include Systems Engineer at Baltic Defence College and co-founding a web development firm named Mask. Henrik holds a BSc in Rescue Service from the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Technology Management from the University of Tartu, complemented by a BA in Communication, English Language and Literature from the same institution.
