Robert F. Padilla, Jr.

Robert F. Padilla, Jr. has worked in various positions since 2006. Robert F. began their career as the President/CEO/Owner of PAC Solutions LLC, a company based in Stafford, Va. with personnel and offices located in Aberdeen, Md. and Kansas City, Mo. In 2015, they became the Managing Member of Tactical Software Solutions LLC, a joint venture company with PAC Solutions as the managing member and a medium sized software company as a member. This company is currently performing software development and maintenance work for the U.S.

Robert F. Padilla, Jr. began their educational journey in 1984, when they attended The Ohio State University and earned a B.S.B.A. in Economics. Robert F. then continued their studies at U.S. International University, where they obtained a Masters Business Administration in 1992. Finally, in 1994, they completed a Masters of Science in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School.
