James Fenton

James Fenton is an experienced packaging engineer with a robust background in flexible packaging development. Currently serving as a Senior Packaging Engineer at PAC Worldwide since November 2021, James previously held similar positions at Novolex (2018-2020) and Procter & Gamble (1997-2018), where significant contributions included innovative packaging solutions for diaper and baby care products, supplier qualification for cost savings, and troubleshooting packaging performance issues. James possesses advanced degrees in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University and the University of Notre Dame, complemented by an MBA in Finance from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
