Arthur Wing

Arthur Wing is an experienced quality engineer and purchasing professional with a strong background in procurement and inventory management. At PACCAR Winch since October 2014, Arthur has led Continuous Improvements projects and collaborated with various departments to address quality issues and enhance material quality while reducing costs. Prior to PACCAR Winch, Arthur served as a Senior Inventory Analyst at American Airlines, managing procurement and inventory levels across multiple facilities, and held a role focused on negotiating supplier contracts and compliance. Arthur holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Oklahoma State University.
