Sheila Sanders

Sheila Sanders has a variety of work experience in human resources. Sheila started their career in 2002 as a Human Resources Manager District at Home Depot. In 2004, they moved on to become a Regional SR HR Manager at Dish Network. In 2007, they joined Williams & Williams as a Vice President, a position they held until 2014. Sheila then joined PACCAR Winch as a Human Resources Director.

Sheila Sanders has a diverse education history. Sheila began their academic journey at Sapulpa High School, where they pursued a High School degree from 1984 to 1988. Following this, they attended the University of Oklahoma from 1991 to 1995, earning their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science.

Continuing their educational pursuits, Sheila enrolled at Keller Graduate School of Management from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained a Master of Human Resources Management (MHRM) degree, specializing in Human Resources.

In addition to their formal education, Sheila has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2008, they completed the Strategic Human Resources Certification program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Later, in 2021, they obtained Advanced Labor Relations certification from Cornell University's ILR School. Most recently, in December 2022, Sheila obtained a Master Negotiation Certification from Kellogg Executive Education.
