Maarten Meijer

Maarten Meijer is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in advanced technology and powertrain performance. Currently at PACCAR since February 2019, Maarten holds multiple roles, including Senior Engineering Manager in Advanced Technology and Principal Investigator for the SuperTruck Program. Prior experience includes significant positions at DAF Trucks NV, where responsibilities encompassed scientific research and technical leadership in engine systems. Additional expertise was gained through roles as a Visiting Combustion Researcher at both Sandia National Laboratories and IFP Energies nouvelles. Maarten's academic background comprises a Ph.D. in Combustion Technology and a Master's degree in Automotive Technology from Eindhoven University of Technology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
