Marina Biddy

Marina Biddy, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Senior HR Business Partner at PACCAR since January 2023. Prior to this, Marina held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Kenworth Truck Co. from December 2020 to January 2023. Marina's HR career includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Boeing from March 2019 to October 2020, and as a Senior HR Generalist at Faurecia from 2014 to 2019. Additional experience consists of working as a Human Resources Corporate Recruiter at Red Mountain Energy during 2013-2014 and as a Technical Recruiter at Brunel from 2011 to 2013. Marina earned a Master’s degree in Public Policy Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis between 2009 and 2011.
