Victoria Whitener is a Design Engineer at PACE Advanced Water Engineering since April 2023, previously serving as an Engineer at WQTS from August 2020 to June 2023. Victoria contributed to the AWWA Water Quality Technology Conference in November 2022 with a proceeding titled "Pilot Testing of PFAS Removal from a High-TOC Surface Water." Victoria completed a PhD in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering at UCLA, where studies extended from June 2015 to December 2020, following a Master of Science in Water Resources Engineering from 2014 to 2015, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, Victoria taught as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Marymount University in early 2020 and gained early experience as a student worker at the Sanitation Districts of Los Angeles County in 2013.
