Director Of Brand Strategy at Pace Center for Girls

Katie Kight has over 20 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, and communications. Katie is currently the Director of Brand Strategy at Pace Center for Girls, where they oversee brand marketing strategy and leads efforts to increase retention and engagement. Prior to that, they served as the Associate Director of Brand Strategy at the organization. Katie has also worked as a Brand Manager at Pace Center for Girls, where they managed the organization's brand strategy and marketing efforts.

In addition, Katie has experience as an ACC Certified Professional Coach at Grounded Pathways, where they provided coaching services. Katie also owned their own marketing and communications consultancy, AER Marketing, LLC. At AER Marketing, they worked with local clients to develop marketing strategies, plans, and programs.

Earlier in their career, Katie served as the Director of Communications & Community Engagement at Dogtown (Dogma Partners), where they created marketing campaigns and events for a dog care provider. Katie also worked as the Director of Strategic Implementation at the Jewish Community Alliance, where they developed community engagement initiatives and implemented a strategic plan.

Katie's experience also includes serving as the Director of Marketing & Communications at the Jacksonville Zoo & Gardens, where they developed comprehensive marketing plans and increased attendance through sponsorship and strategic partnerships.

Katie Kight completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Florida from 1984 to 1988, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications. Later, in 1996-1997, they pursued higher studies at the same university and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Mass Communication. Additionally, Katie also completed a Mini-MBA program in Social Media Marketing at Rutgers University, although the specific timeframe for this accomplishment is unavailable.
